The 2011 Washington County Fair is here! We, as a fair board, are excited to bring new and unusual events and attractions to this year’s fair. Our new theme is “ROCK AND ROLL” and we have contracted with two great nationally renowned tribute bands for our Thursday and Friday night concerts: “WILD CHILD – A CELEBRATION OF JIM MORRISON AND THE DOORS” and “LED ZEPPAGAIN – A TRIBUTE TO LED ZEPPLIN”.
It is the 60th Anniversary of the Washington County Fair and we are going to PARTY on Wednesday night after the ribbon cutting celebration with family games, free cake, prizes, drawings, and great entertainment! Also, at our lawn entrance to the fair, look for the WALK ON WATER attraction where you can climb inside an 8 foot plastic bubble and walk on the water in the pool. Also, there will be CAMEL RIDES for every age group! Never before in southern Utah!
Rock and Roll contests, entertainment, ROCK BAND, GUITAR HERO, and all the other fair favorites will make the 2011 Washington County Fair the best ever! Make the fair a family vacation—come every day! There’s nothing that brings the county closer together than the Washington County Fair!
